We are very careful when packaging all our items, so bulbs are very tight in their bubble wrapping, individual box and stuffed with filling in the bigger box. No bulb should brake.
In case it does and you unfortunately receive it broken, we will refund 4.50€ / 5.00$.

We provide two different types of bulbs: Carbon Filament bulbs and LED bulbs.

Carbon Filament bulbs have really thin filaments and are really fragile. If they suffer a tension peak where they are installed, they might stop working. They are meant to last 2,500 hours.

LED bulbs are much more durable, less fragile and more eco friendly. They are meant to last 10,000 hours.

Most common scenario is the bulb not working due to a peak tension.

In this case I cannot replace or refund the bulb as it's something beyond my control.
