All my products arrive with you simply wrapped in brown paper making them suitable for gifting & most importantly, recycling. Sending to the recipient is no problem - if you have a message for them, please leave it in your order notes

I frequently get asked to make a recipe to a customers own specification, using for example their favourite essential oils. I am never able to do this as all products (or even minor changes to my existing products) require full safety assessments be conducted by a certified and experienced chemist. This is in compliance with EU legislation.

The majority are indeed vegan. The exceptions are my beeswax lip balm range and Pooka Boodley Cleansing parfait which are suitable for vegetarians.

All of my products contain some organic ingredients, the amount varies between products so I like to give you percentages. In soap and toiletry making achieving a 100% organic product is not always possible as so many ingredients (such as water, minerals, colours) do not exist in an organic capacity. The high quality of the ingredients I use is important to me and remains pivotal in my creations.

My products are not priced for wholesale so unfortunately I am not able to offer this service.

Absolutely ! Cosmetic Safety Product reports (CSPR) are completed on all my toiletry products prior to them going on sale. The assessments are carried out by an experienced chemist who examines data to ensure they are safe for you to use. In further compliance with EU legislation product labels have directions for use, warnings, bbe dates and net weight.

I recommend using a spoon with my body washes & scrubs. This is to avoid adding water which encourages bacterial growth and keeps everything super fresh. if you would like a wooden spoon added to your order, just ask.

Almost. There is some plastic content in the labels used on my products that are used in the bath or shower. The dropper used on Magical Mouse facial elixir has a plastic cap but there is an option to forgo the dropper for an aluminium screw cap.
