Most of the time your sign won't need any care!

Please note that wood can expand, contract, bend and shift with time and with varying temperatures! Wood can expand in the summer and contract in the winter, so know that some changes in your sign may happen (usually it is so minimal you won't notice!)

Knots and cracks can become more apparent over time. If this every threatens the integrity or design of your sign please let us know!

To clean- dust with a soft cloth or feather duster.

You can also gently wipe with a soft damp cloth to clean.

Any stains (let's say you spill your coffee on your sign, not that I've EVER done that!) can be gently wiped off with a damp cloth.

Because each piece of wood is different, and because of the changes in wood due to weather, the size of your piece may be slightly different as stated in the listing.

We try our best to get as close to the dimensions as stated, but we use reclaimed wood, and we often get varying sizes depending on where it came from.

Please inform us if you need something with very exact sizing, and we will do our best to choose wood that gets as close as possible.

We do not gift wrap, but we do try to make your order look cute when it's opened! Your sign needs bubble wrap and/or padded mailers to ship safely, but we will add a gift receipt so that your recipient won't see pricing details!

Just check gift at checkout, you can even add a special note from you there!

Yes, even our smallest signs come with a saw tooth hanger attached to the back. You can choose to not use them if you'd like to place your sign on a shelf or tray etc, but we like you to have options!

Store seasonal signs in bubble wrap or something else protective between signs and other items that might scrape them.

Storing signs at a constant temperature is your best bet for your signs. Keep indoor signs indoors and outdoor signs stored in a shed or garage.

We've decided to focus mostly on our best sellers- beach and lake decor. If you don't see a sign you've ordered in the past, please feel free to message and if we are able to take requests at the time we will be happy to do so. Please be aware we may no longer be able to recreate some sizes and designs we used to be able to do in the past. However you are always welcome to ask!
