Making a purchase in our shop you agree to the terms described below. Please make sure you have read all the information here before placing your order. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

SHIPPING And Customs and import taxes
We ship items worldwide. Standard shipping takes 2-5 weeks. We also offer EMS (expedited) shipping, 7-14 days. Both shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that the delivery terms are approximate and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel.

We are not responsible for:
- the work of post (any delivery delays, lost or stolen packages etc.);
- custom duties and taxes;
- returned package if the buyer didn't pick it up (we won't be able to send you another package unless you pay a return fee);
- wrong addresses noted at checkout ( please double-check the address to make sure it's correct).
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RUSH ORDERS
If your event is close and you need your order urgently please contact us before purchasing to make sure you will get it in time. Also leave the date of your event in the comment section at checkout please so that we ship your purchase early enough.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please choose the size according to our size chart which is posted in each listing. We can also make a custom size for you. Just choose the size close to your individual measurements and leave them in the notes at checkout please. The buyer is responsible for the measurements and we don't refund/exchange the item if it's made to incorrect measurements. The same is applied to custom order items.

CANCELLATIONS
We are able to cancel your order within 48 hours after the purchase is made.
Please note that if canceled after 48 hours, we can only return 50% of the order value.
Once the order is shipped it's not possible to cancel it and any refund.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We don't offer exchanges and returns.

If you are unhappy with the purchase you received, please contact me within 72 hours. If the error was on my part, I am ready to help you solve this situation.
If you sent the wrong measurements, you changed your mind about the style of the dress, or for some other reason, regardless of the quality of my work, you are fully responsible for your purchase.
