You may request anything in my shop be sent as a gift free of charge. Use your gift recipient's address at checkout. In the notes to seller, tell me exactly what you want me to write on a handmade tag or card. Your special someone will receive their gift directly from my home. If you pay for gift wrapping, in addition to the hand written gift tag and direct shipping, your item will also be gift bagged or boxed for a nice presentation to your gift recipient. Please allow processing time as stated in the listing.

Some listings are available as custom orders. Extra processing time will be required. Custom orders must be paid in full before work will begin on filling your order. I am happy to answer your questions about custom work, so please ask.

If the shopping cart calculates postage too high, I will cheerfully refund any shipping overage in excess of $2 after postage is purchased.

Sometimes the shopping cart picks the wrong box, or miscalculates in some other way and overestimates the shipping costs, especially when combining lightweight listings. Don't worry, I always refund overages.

I accept returns if you changed your mind, but there will be a restocking fee equal to the original postage I had to pay. This applies to all orders, even those with shipping included in the selling price.
