Mugs are top rack dishwasher and microwave safe. I do not use vinyl in my designs. Each mug is hand pressed one by one in my shop using high heat, special inks and special transfer paper for a vibrant, permanent, long lasting image that will not fade, peel or rub off. This means that the ink is infused into the mug and that you can microwave and wash it in the dishwasher and not have to worry about the ink disappearing!

I do not provide a proof, or Mock Up before purchase as a lot of time and care goes into design time. Because I ship out my orders very quickly, I do not provide proofs unless requested at time of order. I am able to provide a proof if requested, however your order will be pushed back in production a couple days until I can get that out to you. Once a proof is sent you have 24 hours to approve, or your item will be sent as ordered. I allow 1-2 revisions at no charge, however anything more than that would incur an extra design fee. Proofs are not available at all during my busy holiday seasons.

I was honest and didn’t like the first puzzle that was made. Owner was very nice and allowed me to pick a different picture. Final product had a noticeable green hue/tint to it in the left corner.
