Frequently asked questions
Shipping
SINGAPORE ORDERS: orders will be sent using Singpost's Smartpac which will take 2-4 working days to reach your mailbox.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: orders will be sent by Registered Mail by air through Singpost which in turns direct the package to your local post provider. Delivery can take anywhere from 6-14 business days on mailing out depending on location.
Tracking number will be provided to you, after the package is mailed out.

Returned mail: full refund (minus the postage) will be given for any mail returned to sender.
Holiday orders
For holiday orders, do order early to avoid late arrival and disappointment. It is advisable to add 10 business days to the estimate delivery time during busy festive periods.
last shipping dates for holiday orders will be announced nearer year-end.
Gift wrapping and packaging
For packaging of your orders, we use recycleable/recycled packaging as far as possible. For example, all the bubblewrap is collected from a local bookstore from their own weekly deliveries. thank you cards are created from our own fabric offcuts and reused brown paper. For Singapore orders, the smartpac envelopes are made from recycled plastics and can be once again recycled (some post offices also have boxes to collect used smartpac).
We do not currently offer any particular gift wrapping.
