Electro-Magnetic Resistance

The JTX Strider-X7’s electro-magnetic resistance system allows you to easily change the difficulty level of your workout at the touch of a button. The console quick keys allow you to smoothly and accurately change between 16 resistance levels, unlike basic magnetic resistance systems with pull-levers or twist knobs.

Smooth and Quiet Movement

The JTX Strider-X7 has a 16 point resistance range and a 7kg inertia-enhanced flywheel. The low resistance levels are perfect for a warm-up/cool-down and for users with limited cross-training experience. Whilst the highest resistance levels deliver a challenging workout for more experienced users. The electro-magnetic brake system works with the flywheel to offer quiet and smooth movement no matter how hard you are working.

Supportive 16 inch stride length

We have designed the JTX Strider-X7 home cross trainer with a 16” stride length. Most adults need a cross trainer to have a minimum 16” stride to support the natural length of each step. Cross trainers with a smaller stride length will restrict the user's ability to exercise effectively. Cross trainers with larger stride lengths allow users to exercise at a more intensive level.

Full Colour Touch Screen With 21 Programs

The user-friendly computer is both touchscreen and colour. It tracks all the metrics you need: time, distance, speed, and calories as well as body fat and pulse measurement. It also comes with an impressive 21 programs. The hill, interval, fat burning and heart rate programs will keep your training varied. Quick start buttons ensure you can crank the resistance quickly when you are ready for that extra push or during interval training. The console now includes a media ledge so you can follow workouts or watch your favourite shows on your tablet or phone screen.

Workout Benefits

You can achieve a quiet full-body workout in your own home. General use will tone your legs, bottom, arms and core. You can also adapt the workout to focus on problem areas. Relax your legs and let your arms power part of the workout or improve your core and balance by slowing down and letting go of the handles. 

As well as fat burning and body sculpting benefits a 30-minute workout should burn about 200 calories - although this is dependent on your fitness level and how hard you are working. This home cross trainer will provide an ideal cardio workout for the heart too. 

HEART RATE PROGRAMS + POLAR RECEIVER

Heart rate training is one of the most efficient ways to achieve your cardio fitness and weight management goals. The computer monitors your heart rate and adjusts the resistance to keep you working in the ideal heart rate zone. Use the pulse sensors on the handle or the inbuilt Polar receiver to connect to compatible Polar technology.

Polar offers industry-leading heart rate tracking chest straps and fitness watches. A polar heart rate tracker will also connect you to training apps to keep you motivated.

Design Your Own Training Programs

The JTX Strider-X7 home cross trainer allows you to design and save up to four personalised training programs. Together with the 21 pre-installed workouts this guarantees there is something for all training interests and abilities.

Easy To Move into position

The transport wheels at the front of the cross trainer allow it to be moved out of sight after you finish your workout. Adjustable floor pads allow the cross trainer to be placed on slightly uneven surfaces.
