Sizing & Exchanges:
Please contact us after purchase so we can send you a Free ring sizing kit to verify your needed size before production begins. If the wrong size is ordered and a resize is needed there is a 45% fee (off the MSRP) for a new ring to be made.

Refunds:
This is a custom made to order ring. Returns are permitted in the first 30 days on unworn, non-personalized items for an in-store credit only.

Cancellations:
Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as we start work on your custom rings as soon as possible.
