This cat crochet kit contains the following:
- Pattern in pdf format
- Black, white, orange, green acrylic yarn
- Black and White cotton embroidery thread
- 5mm safety eyes x 2
- Polyester Stuffing
- Sharp point metal needle
- 2 Stitch markers (random colors)

The following additional options are available:
- double ended Japan Tulip brand crochet hook (please use the 2.5mm hook)
- color printed pattern in A5 booklet

You will need to get the following tools on your own to make the cat:
- 2.5mm crochet hook (if you are not purchasing the crochet hook with this kit)
- scissors

Using fingering yarn with 2.5mm hook will produce a cat of about 9cm/2.5in tall.

The pattern is quite straightforward and uses only the basic crochet stitches. So it is suitable for the amigurumi beginner who is comfortable in handling small crochet pieces and doing simple embroidery. The pattern is written in US terminology and has 25 photos in 11 pages of instructions to ensure that you can follow along. You will be using the following techniques in this project:
