International shipping Q&A
1. All orders are shipped via Croatian Post, Priority Air Mail with tracking number & signature.
2. We have no control over the time it takes packages to reach their destination.
3. In case a deliver attempt is made and you fail to receive or pick up the parcel, it is not considered missing or lost. You must contact your post office and work with your post office to arrange further.
4. If tracking status says “delivered”, it is not considered missing or lost. You need to file "mail theft report" with post office.
5. Customer is responsible for shipping charges due to returned items.

1. Cancellations are not accepted.
2. Exchanges are not available.
3. Returns are only accepted under the following terms:
--- must contact us within 3 business days of receipt
--- item must be in its “original condition” with its original packaging and envelope
--- must ship the returns back postmarked within 7 business days of receipt via “registered airmail with tracking + signature confirmation + insurance” covered by you. Mark as "return goods" on customs form.
4. If the parcel is returned damaged during the transit, you are responsible for the loss in value.
5. Shipping costs and handling fees are nonrefundable, meaning Eur 4.25 will be deducted from your refund.
