Yes I am taking custom orders, I am a one woman show and therefore all orders are solely completely by me, please take this into consideration when thinking about commissioning a piece. Custom work is subject to availability and as much as I adore to make jewellery dreams come true I only have a limited capacity to create whilst maintaining the highest quality of manufacture. Each piece of jewellery from Amy Jennifer Jewellery has been handmade in 925 sterling silver. Caring for your jewellery ensures that its looks beautiful each and every time you wear it. All sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it becomes exposed to UV light, perfume, salty air, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and detergents. The amount of tarnishing that occurs is dependent on the skin and care habits of the wearer. Tarnishing is therefore not a manufacturing fault.
It is recommended that you do not wear your jewellery whilst bathing, in bed or during exercise. Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewellery.

Please read over my descriptions carefully and please be sure of your commitment to your piece prior to purchasing. All sales are final, I do not issue refunds or returns on anything that is made to order or custom work. This is made just for you and cannot be sold to others. Custom orders and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Jewellery care is the customer’s responsibility.

I do not offer returns or exchanges based on wrong size or buyer’s remorse. Size, materials and details are listed for every item. Please know your size and your budget before ordering my jewellery.
If an item arrives broken or damaged please contact me immediately and I will do my absolute best to fix it.

Remember that pieces of artisan jewellery handmade with natural stones are delicate. Please refrain from vigorous, messy, or wet activity while wearing my pieces.
If for some reason your jewellery gets damaged, email me at amyjenniferjewellery@gmail.com with attached photos of the damage so that I can quote you for a repair. Not all damaged jewellery will be able to be repaired due to the amount of resources I have. In a situation where I agree to repair your jewellery, you are responsible for all shipping and repair fees.
