Hello, your decals were mailed without a tracking number as per your order, as you didn't select tracked postage and pay extra when you checked out. As soon as you messaged me and told me you didn't receive your decals, I reimbursed you everything you paid, even the postage and the supplies that I have to pay out of pocket if you didn't receive your decals. I certainly wouldn't give a one star rating for service like this, but to each his own... as you can see from all the 5 star ratings I already have, your 1 star rating had no effect on my 5 star store rating.
