Amazing professional service what an experience

My parents brought this for me as a Christmas present as I’ve always said I’ve wanted to do a bungee jump. The venue was a little difficult to find as we thought it’d be more obvious or easier to spot when walking out of Greenwich station. Once we found it, it didn’t take long for me to fill in my details and get seated to wait for my turn to jump! Everyone was super friendly and reassuring which made me feel slightly less nervous about jumping off a crane! They were hot on safety, and I felt securely attached to the bungee. When it was my turn to go up I was suddenly really nervous, but the guy who worked there and was at the top with me was excellent at making me laugh and tried his best to put me at ease. He counted down from three and without much hesitation I jumped! It was such a cool experience and I surprisingly didn’t get that awful feeling in my belly which you get with a sudden drop. Once I was safely back on the ground and still very shaky but happy they told me I had to jump again as the camera wasn’t on! I thought they were joking but quickly realised they were serious. So I ended up jumping a second time as I really wanted a video for keepsake! The second jump was just as scary but still a great experience! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who has been considering it! It gives you such a rush of adrenaline and you’re so proud of yourself for being brave enough to make that step off the platform! Everyone who worked there was lovely and very professional which added to the overall experience!

It's was worth it! It was my first time,for sure I will do it again for higher lvl than 160ft! All team was very helpful and professional. Couldn't spent better Saturday afternoon.

I had a great day there was a bit of a wait on arrival to the bungee jump times as they had had a problem with the crane early morning but this wasn't a problem as it was a nice day and the views of the lake and everything going on kept us entertained. It was a nerve wracking exciting experience that I really enjoyed and now would like to do the higher one next time! Afterwards we had a drink in the cafe and watched a motorised boarding competition. This location was really nice with the scenery and I jumped over the lake and had a bit of distraction when I went up.

This was bought as a gift for my birthday and really was a brilliant experience. The booking was easy over the phone and finding the place using a satnav was easy too. All the staff were great also.
