Our socks are soft and comfy! They're made from a cotton blend and a special ink is commercially pressed into the socks, making them extra durable. They will arrive professionally packaged in a cello bag with care instructions, and we do not include receipts in our packages.

Gift Wrapping:
Take the guesswork out of gift-giving and select the gift wrap option at checkout! With this option, your socks will arrive wrapped in a kraft paper bag and tied with twine. We will also include a branded postcard-size gift note, with a personalized message of your choice. Simply specify the wording for your message in the "notes" section at checkout. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns have to be made. We're happy to accept most products back as long as they are in unopened, unused and new condition. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to obtain prior return authorization, then carefully package your items and ship them back to us along with your name & order number. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For orders that received free shipping, a 20% restocking fee may be assessed in order for us to recover a portion of the original postage cost. Seasonal, personalized, custom, clearance & sale items are not eligible for return. Exclusions apply.

We happily sell to our international customers and therefore also adhere to EU consumer protection regulations. EU buyers have the right to return non-custom products by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of their order. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving evidence that the item has been shipped back to us. Buyer pays return postage.

All international buyers are responsible for customs fees and duty taxes.

We ship out Monday through Friday from our shop in Wilsonville, Oregon. We like to think we're speedy, most of our orders ship within 1 business day! If you're in a time crunch, be sure to select priority shipping at checkout for faster postal transit times.

In the event of a damage or missing items, please notify us within 3 business days of receipt and include photos of the product and packaging.

We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Certain services, such as address changes, can incur additional fees imposed by the shipping carrier.

Packages returned to us by the post office will be reshipped upon customer purchase of additional postage. Items still held 45 days after the original purchase date will be discarded or donated.
