This listing is for one dozen (12) BUTTERFLY DECORATED SUGAR COOKIES. These made from scratch cookies are baked and decorated to order. Cookies are individually wrapped in bakery grade cello bags and heat sealed to maintain freshness. Colors can be customized. Designs may vary slightly. YOU are choosing the mailing date when you place your order. Only you can determine the best date for the cookies to be mailed according to your event date. I promise to mail the cookies on the date you choose. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, that is 100% up to the carrier.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I do not follow the shipping dates noted by Etsy. Your cookies will be shipped no later than the date you select at the time of order.

NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES OR CREDITS ON COOKIES. I pack all cookies for shipping very carefully, but remember cookies are delicate! I cannot guarantee against breakage once it ships. For this reason I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. Although unlikely, if your cookies arrive badly broken and there is an unusable quantity, you must take photos of the damage and keep all of the packing materials as this may be required by the carrier for an insurance claim.

Address changes can not be made after the order is placed. Approximate transit time: 2-4 days. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed. A packing slip with receipt will be included. A shipping notification and tracking number will be provided when an order is shipped.

If we can accommodate an order in less than 10 days, a $15 per dozen expedite fee may apply.
