For listings on Etsy, the payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit is taken upfront which is 50% of the total agreed value and the final 50% is payable when the guitar is complete. No guitar will be shipped without the payment having been made in full.

Shipping is generally handled by UPS, however other companies may be used for different locations around the world. Shipping insurance is only included where a flight case is also purchased as this is the policy of all shipping companies. Tracking information is provided as and when the consignment is in the hands of the shipping company.

Any and all additional customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and you should check with your countries own customs agency as to the extent of these charges and whether or not they are applicable. In no way, shape or form is Doni Guitars responsible for any customs charges that may be applied, this remains solely between the buyer and the respective customs agency of their country.
