New custom orders cost is agreed in advance.
We start making new custom design sample after the pre-payment. We make a sketch, design, engineering, sample. If a client has any comments, corrections, additions or so on then all these things are discussed and technical and creative requirements are completed together until the client is satisfied.
After the final sample is approved, we go further with the production after the final payment.

We can customize the card from our listing to:
custom color of the box
custom NAMES and DATE
custom greeting text
If you want that way customization, please, choose the option “With customization”.
If you want to buy a card without any changes and without greeting text, please, choose “Sample from the Shop”.
If you want to order a custom invitation with RSVP cards design, this work will be done after the order agreement and the pre-payment.

We have a wide variety of paper colors for cards. You can choose a color from the listing, or ask us about that.

After the final payment, we can start the production.
We need about:
1 - 100 cards - 1-2 weeks
101 - 300 cards - 2-3 weeks
301 - 500 cards - 3-4 weeks
This is the average time for production, but it may differ, depends on the complexity of design and engineering, order terms.

We propose a discount for bulk orders for clients. Also, we propose favorable conditions for wedding planners, event organizers, souvenir shop owners.

Standard shipping time (with State Postal Services) takes 2-3 weeks to USA,
but we can’t control the time.
Fast shipping service with the private company takes 3-5 business weeks with extra cost.

We are not responsible for the mistakes in the wording, which was agreed with the client. Please, check the wording carefully. We have enough time for reading, checking and correcting.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, the cost of the goods will be indicated in the documents on the package to all countries except the United States. This is necessary for customs clearance of the goods.
Packaging documents for shipping to the United States do not indicate the value of the item.
