Delivery
Our experience is that Customs can delay your parcel for up to 1 extra week. There can be delays also during Christmas and NY time too.
Make sure you are aware of custom and tax charges of your country. We will not falsify any tax paperwork or custom forms.
EU IMPORT TAX: for all EU customers - you will not be charged import tax, since we ship from EU.
WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR LOST PARCELS. We ship all items in the same manner and delivery times and postal services are beyond our control. We will deal with lost parcel ONLY AFTER 8 weeks since the day it was posted.
