All items are made to order and require at least one week of production time. Rapid deliveries can be requested, but please ensure you have at least one week between placing the order and your party date.

Orders without a rapid delivery request will be produced and shipped in around two weeks.

Custom sizes can be requested but please be aware that this may cause a change in price.

The majority of our products are made with heavy card stock. To ensure that your items are not damaged, please avoid placing them in or near water or other liquids, high winds, or in extreme heat or cold. Laminated items can be used in less limited conditions but the use of them with liquids or food products should be avoided if you’d like the items to last past your event date.

All paint is interior paint and Is not dishwasher safe unless otherwise indicated.

Your items will be packaged in generalized shipping materials unless otherwise requested.

Gift wrapping can be requested by message prior to placing an order but it will be reflected in the cost of your item.

All items are available for wholesale accounts upon request.
