Purchasing one of our digital/printable products is simple and easy. Simply select that item that you would like to purchase and add it to your basket. Once you have checkout and your payment has cleared the item will become available for you to download. You will also receive an email from Etsy containing a link to direct you to your download and you can access the print files at any time by navigating to your Etsy account > purchases and reviews > locating and clicking the purchase and pressing "download".

The file type you receive will depend on the item you have purchased. Typically these files will be PDF files or a .zip file. Please refer to the specific item listed for confirmation of the file type provided.

If you are purchasing a digital planner you will need a tablet, stylus and annotation/PDF reading app in order to use the planner. These items are not included with your purchase.If you are purchasing a printable item you are responsible for the printing element. In both instances no physical product is provided.

The quality and colours projected on the actual product may vary from that shown on the screen. This is due to the way in which colour is displayed on screen.

Due to the nature of the product no refunds will be offered however I will work with you to resolve any problems that you may have. For further details please check out the Policies Sections of my Etsy shop.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all taxes and applicable import duties on the items they order. Digital and printable may be subject to VAT/Digital Tax depending on your country of residence. If applicable, these taxes will be added at the checkout stage. VAT/Digital Tax rates are set by your country of residence and not by Etsy or Life Simply Organised.

Please ensure you understand which taxes are applicable to you at the time of your purchase.

All printable products are designed to be opened with Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Reader is available free via the Adobe website. The print files can be printed at home or professionally.

Digital Planner products are designed to be used with a tablet, Stylus and annotation/PDF reading app. These items are not provided as part of your purchase. If you are new to digital planning I recommend doing a little bit of research before purchasing to see if this style of planning is suitable for your needs. The items that I sell in my shop are for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed. Please do not freely distribute any item that you purchase from my shop.
