All items are sent via Royal Mail, using 1st Class post and will take several days to arrive once they have been dispatched.

If you have not received your item within 7 days from ordering, please send me a message through Etsy as sometimes cards do go astray. This applies to UK addresses only. If based anywhere else in the world please allow 14 working days for delivery. This does not include weekends

Please make sure that you have given us the correct address, as it can not be changed once your order has been processed.
