5 out of 5 starsI asked V to make this custom Hawaiian Mer Dragon. I wanted it to represent my culture in an artistic nature. V created the most beautiful piece of art I could ever imagine. The details of the shell lei, plumeria flowers, coral horns and spiral shells down her back are so gorgeous. I also asked her to make me a small Honu as her buddy. I just love it so much! Mahalo nui loa V!

Frequently asked questions
What Material Do You Use?
I work with polymer clay, a plastic-based sculpting material that cures in a household oven. I have found ways to combine sculpting with other types of media such as paint, crystal, and metal. There are many types of polymer clay such as Sculpy, Premo, and Fimo. I use all these for different reasons. I have practiced and found my preferences when it comes to the brand I use.
Cleaning Tips
Do not wash sculptures directly under water. To clean, gently dab with a damp cloth or use canned air carefully. Do not scrub! Avoid contact with alcohol or abrasive cleaners. Polymer clay is not ruined under water, but I add non-clay elements such as gloss or paint which can be damaged with long exposure.
Clay Care Instructions
For figurines: These are not toys! My sculptures are very delicate. Polymer clay is a sturdy material, but it can be easily broken if mistreated. Keep away from children, for many of my sculptures are small or can be broken to create choking hazards. I suggest finding a spot that is great for viewing, but away from tiny hands.
Avoid picking up by small details such as horns, ears, or tips of tails. When you receive your item, look to see which part would be the safest to pick up, usually the hind legs or shoulders.
For pendants: Pendants are stronger than figurines, but you should still be careful when wearing them. Don't wear when exercising or showering. For tips on cleaning, head to my cleaning FAQ tab.
How long does it take to create a sculpture?
The time that it takes to make my sculptures ranges from about an hour to multiple days. On top of all of that, I am also a student in the midst of exams, homework, and school projects. I try my best, but it should be noted that this is not my career. I am not sitting at my work space for days on end, I just sculpt when I can and enjoy my hobby.
Custom and Personalized Orders
I open limited custom order slots occasionally where I can create personalized items or unique sculpts. I announce when my commissions are open on my Instagram stories and posts, so if you would like to snag a custom order, make sure to follow me!
Of course, if you have any inquiries or an idea, the best thing would be to message me about it. I would be glad to answer any questions you may have.
