We accept custom and personalized orders. Please contact us prior to placing your order to make sure we are on the same page and your item will be exactly as you pictured it!

One proof is available prior to purchase; however, if multiple proofs are requested a purchase must be made.

Proofs can take us up to 5 business days to complete depending on the volume of requests at the time the request is made.

After the proof is sent, the customer has 48 hours to approve or reject it. If the customer does not respond within 48 hours, the proof is automatically approved and the item enters production. A personalized item cannot be returned or refunded if 48 hours pass without proof approval.

Due to the nature of the handmade item, all mugs sales are final and non refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please send me a message via Etsy within 48 hours. Please attach a photo of the mug so I can file an insurance claim with USPS. If no photo is received, I cannot mail a replacement. I will respond as soon as possible to arrange a replacement free of charge.

I am unable to replace any products outside of the 30-day window. if any issues arise, please contact me immediately after receiving your order.

If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. I am not responsible for stolen, delayed, or lost items.

We ship our mugs within 1-6 business days depending on the item you order. Please refer to a specific product page for more details. If your item is personalized, we reserve at least 2 business day to design, make and ship your mug.

Expect longer shipping times during holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas).

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number for your package.

We currently only ship within the U.S, Canada and Australia.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than within 12 hours). We ship orders quickly and need sufficient time to make changes to shipping addresses. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Adorable ! Perfect gift for my bf's mother

There was some mild smudging/fading on the design on one side of the mug, but the other side was perfect. It was a very mild aesthetic issue, I’m overall happy with the product.
