Please see the current processing times under the shop announcement. Assume processing will take the longest time listed (unless you provide an event date) and add 6 business days for standard shipping or 3 days for priority. If you need it sooner, please contact me for rush processing before checkout.

It is possible to rush some orders. There is a rush processing fee and you will need to upgrade to priority shipping. I will not take orders without at least a "day to spare." That means your order will need to arrive at least a day before your event to account for any outside delays.

All orders are shipped in an rigid 9" x 11.5" document mailer or cardboard box to ensure they are protected and arrive in mint condition. Most our packaging is also recyclable.

If your order is a personalized item, something like changing colors of the name is usually simple and free.

Other changes that involve changing materials i.e. glitter paper instead of matte, require a small custom fee based on the extent of the change.
