PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

--- European Union buyers ---
Swedish and European law requires that we collect Swedish VAT for all product shipped within the European Union. This tax is currently 25% of the total amount minus shipping.

The tax for physical items DOES NOT apply to the buyers from outside of the European Union.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

VAT will be collected by Etsy according to the new EU laws.

Digital patterns will be available for instant download as soon as your payment goes through. You will receive no physical product when you buy a digital pattern.

When you are purchasing any of our physical items, your order will be sent out within three days as soon as the payment has cleared.
We ship 5 days a week Monday to Friday as Sweden doesn't have mail service on Saturdays or Sundays.

We use the Swedish National Postal Service for shipping.
We ship worldwide from Sweden with First Class Priority mail.
Your order is usually delivered within 2-10 business days within Europe, and within 5-15 business days to the United States and the rest of the world from Sweden. Please be aware that this is an estimate and delays can occur. We are not responsible for delays that occur in transit or customs.

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.

We love to get custom orders!
Please, notify us with your custom order through order [!at] otterlydesign.se or convo us through Etsy and specify what you would like us to make and we will get back to you with pricing and details.

Keep in mind that a custom order may take up to two weeks to finish. If you need something for a particular occasion, please let us know in good time.

Your information will not be sold nor shared with third parties. Provided information will only be used for transaction and shipping purposes.

1. Who is responsible for handling your personal information:
We (Otterly Design ek. för. including Otterly In XStitches) are responsible for handling your information in a sensitive and legal manner, in compliance with the GDPR regulations.

2. What information do we collect:
We collect only the information we need to fulfil your purchase. That is name, postal address, email address, user name and payment information. The information is only used to deliver your order (physically or digitally), to perform customer service and for our tax purposes and book keeping.

3. What is the legal basis to collect this information:
We only collect your information so that we can fulfil your order, provide customer services and/or settle disputes. We collect this information in compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

4. How long do we keep the information:
We keep your info only for as long as necessary to provide you with customer service. I also need to keep a paper copy of your receipt for a period of 7 years, to comply with the Swedish book keeping law.

5. Do we share your information with any third parties:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. We also share your address with PostNord to be able to ship your order. If necessary (as in case of an audit) we might also share your info in the shape of your receipts with the Swedish Tax Office.

6. Your rights:
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
