Custom and personalized orders
If you have a specific design or size/shape in mind that you don’t see, feel free to ask! We will always consider whether your request is possible, and we love trying new cool things. That being said, our process is all by hand, not automated, so our abilities for intricate shapes and designs are limited.
Care instructions
We include a “caring for your tray” card in every order, but the trays are fairly hardy. Keep them out of intense heat and cold, and try to avoid dropping them from significant heights.
When will my tray be finished?
We allow 2 weeks for production of any custom trays, as we both work full time jobs outside of dice tray making. If we run in to any problems that might push that date back, we will always let you know, but our goal is always to ship your tray as soon as we possibly can!
