Do you offer discounts for those in full time service?
Yes, we are a family of regular pioneers and know what it's like to be on a limited budget, while also wanting to give a quality gift to someone we love.
If you're a Regular Pioneer, use Discount Code: "10FORPIOS" at check out, and if you're in Special Full Time Service (Bethel, Special Pioneering, Traveling Overseer, etc.), use Code "MYSPECIALFULLTIME".
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Order processing (the time it takes us to prepare and ship the order out) generally takes 1-3 business days, however this depends on how complex your order is to assemble (everything is assembled manually, by hand) and the number of orders we currently have to process.
Once we ship the order out, this is approximately how long it takes to get delivered:
United States: 3 - 5 business days
Canada and Europe: 5 - 10 business days
Rest of the world: 7 - 10 business days
If you need your package by a certain deadline, please message us beforehand to make sure we can accommodate it!
