💀 All our smaller items will be shipped with "Ordinary" method (see the details in description), due to the sizes of the items some of our products are shipped with "Tracked" method as default.

📦 Ordinary: Standard mail service NOT TRACKED! (only for small items).

📦 Tracked: Safer tracked shipping (set as default on our bigger items). - option available at checkout -

📦 DHL Express: 2-4 days delivery (please consider that times are estimated but not guaranteed! Sometimes delays can happen due to particular country destinations or climate conditions and such)

🔮 SHIP BY date: This is the time we need to make your item, since our products are all made to order. You may find the expected ship by date on your invoice. Consider the "ship by" date to calculate the full estimated delivery date.

👉 Please note that "ship by" date is NOT equivalent to the "delivery" date.

🔮 DELIVERY date: When your package arrives to you.

The times for "Ordinary" and "Tracked" shipping methods are specified in our policies. Please note that shipping times are just estimated. We cannot guarantee your delivery time for this shipping methods, as this fully depends on the postal service.

🌿 Clean with a soft cloth mildly moist then dry.

🌿 All our skulls are waterproof, except for bronze, copper and silver painted ones, that are water resistant (e. g.: OK rain, NO swimming). Small metal parts could be damaged with water. Avoiding perfumes or other abrasives.

🌿 All our skulls are sturdy and resistant, but tiny parts can be fragile, so please be careful.

Due to customs duties and taxes, we can't accept any more returns/exchanges outside the EU. If you want to return something and you are outside of the EU, please get in touch with us and we can discuss a possible solution together.

Also, if you want to return your item anyway, please note that you'll become responsible for any customs fee that will be charged to the returned product. Then, any additional fee and charge will be deducted from the refunded total.

Returning shipping need to be tracked and well-packed, if possible with the original packaging. Also please note that, to be eligible for a refund, we need to verify that the item is in its original condition. So after receiving it, we will proceed accordingly.

Please provide a photo of the damaged item together with the external packaging. We can't file a complaint report to the postal service without this information, thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
