5 out of 5 starsI love this dress so much! It is stunning and exactly as pictured. It fits like a dream, so perfectly, and the velvet is extremely soft. The seller was worried about shipping the item late and kept me up to date on everything, which I really appreciated. Shipping ended up being super fast and the seller shipped it to me within the promised time-frame, the package ended up arriving on time, and I was so happy! I highly recommend this shop and item.

Most orders are sent Royal Mail First Class and need a signature upon delivery.
Larger orders (4+ items) will be delivered by Hermes courier and require a signature upon delivery.

Items should arrive within 3-5 days from date of dispatch.

If you need an item to be made to specific measurements for any reason (maybe you're smaller/larger than our standard sizes, you want to wear the garment over a corset or you're just lucky enough to have a naturally dramatic figure) then send Heidi a message with more information about what you require and she'll get back to you as soon as possible!
Custom sized items may incur a pattern alteration fee but this will be discussed with you when working out your order.
Custom items (including custom size, fabric, and designs) cannot be changed once the garment has been paid for, unless Heidi has not yet started your pattern/cut the fabric pieces.
