I sell vintage these vintage curiosities 'as found'; I do not alter them, clean or fix them. I detail all faults and damage in my listings but often see these 'scars' as piece personality rather than fault.

Can I get a discount?
Regular or wholesale customers should contact me for a trade or loyalty discount. Unfortunately there is no room for discount on single item orders.

How do I pay?
You can use any credit or debit card to pay through PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout. To make a purchase add the item to your cart, review your purchase at check-out and enter your details.

Tell me about shipping?
All items are sent via tracked and insured postal services. You will receive tracking information usually within 2 working days after placing your order. Items generally arrive with International customers within 3-10 working days from the date of dispatch. They may take longer due to customs or border delays. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery in a certain time frame. If you would like to upgrade to a courier service this can be arranged. These services generally cost twice the price of my standard delivery services.

What if I change my mind?
I appreciate that things sometimes do not fit in or suit quite as expected, and as a result I am happy to provide refunds due to the very nature of online shopping. To qualify simply let me know you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

Please be aware that it is the customers responsibility to send the item back safely, by way of tracked and signed for services as I will require this information.

Yes of course! Just drop us a note with your order.

Is the item damaged?
The vintage item shown is the one you will receive. The pictures and condition description above will highlight any major defects. All vintage items have lived a previous life, which is usually visible. Any significant damage will be mentioned in the listing. Feel free to enquire about any item and specific details on condition.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Sorry, no! We are an online business.


PLEASE NOTE: I will no longer send parcels to PO Boxes, due to problems in the past. I have also had problems with returned items due to 'no mail receptacle' available to receive items. Also no one being available to meet the postman/courier when they have called. Please note my service is for tracked and signed.

Further to parcels being returned due to incorrect information given. or fail to collect an item that you have had notification of, that it is waiting collection from a local Mail Office. I can no longer refund any postal charge incurred due to this. I can only put the information given on to the parcels. Please check your address information and contact numbers are correct when ordering. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Payment

I accept Pay Pal and all major credit cards through Etsy Direct Checkout.

Delivery

I sell items to customers all over the world and cannot always get international postage prices spot on in the listing. I pack all items with special care and attention and only charge a minimal packing charge to cover material costs. You will never pay more than the price quoted on the listing for postage and packaging. Should I initially over charge you for postage we will refund any overpayment for postage once I have dispatched your item from the post office. All items are sent via Royal Mail recorded, signed for and tracked postage services. The cost of postage is recorded on each parcel by the Post Office.

For purchases outside of the EU import taxes will very likely apply to all purchases. Customs can sometimes hold vintage items for weeks as they confirm manufacturers and value. Customers should bear this in mind when making their purchases. Please contact us with any queries.

Shipping internationally normally takes about 5-10 working days, but this will depend on the service used it can take longer depending on customs - we provide a Royal Mail tracking number with your purchase but are unable to guarantee delivery in a certain time frame. If you need a delivery date please contact us so that we can use a different shipping service which will be more costly to you.

Can I get a discount?

Sorry! Our prices are fixed unless you are a past customer, or considering a multiple item order. Items that have been in store for a while will have already likely been reduced in price every four months when listings have been renewed. Postage prices are what we actualy have to pay the carrier. These can not be discounted. Any overage is always refunded after dispatch.

How quickly can I get this?

Items are usually dispatched within two working days. They typically arrive with customers in 5-10 working days (1-2 weeks). We cannot guarantee any shipping times as we rely on assorted third parties for transit and cross border services.

Do you ship to ... ? How much is postage to ... ?

We ship worldwide via tracked, signed for and insured postage services. All postage prices are found in individual listings by clicking on the shipping tab.

Where are you based?

We are based in Kent in the United Kingdom. Personal collection can be arranged in East Kent but payment must be processed through Etsy beforehand. Ask for details.

Can I reserve an item?

No unfortunatel,y due to the large number of people reserving items but never coming back to purchase their reservations or contacting us I am no longer prepared to reserve items. it's too difficult to keep up with it all. All the backwards and forwards in correspondance.

Can you send via un-tracked postage services?

No, I am afraid not! Buyer and seller protection services provided by Etsy and PayPal are dependant on parcels being tracked.
