Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Ring re-sizing is free of charge within first year of purchase. The range of re-sizing is 2 Australian sizes up and down.

Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item. If the item has been repaired or modified by someone other than ourselves the guarantee is void.

In the rare event of a problem, please inform us and bring back your piece as soon as possible for inspection.

Products marked sale cannot be returned. Items with personal engraving cannot be returned. Worn, altered or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. Bespoke, custom, and made to order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, a resizing / alteration service is available. Shipping costs are to be covered by customers.

- Jewellery storage is important. At the time of purchase, all PurpleMay Jewellery is wrapped in a protective jewellery box, case or tarnish-resistant pouch. Between wearings, we recommend that you place it back in its original case or another suitably lined box or pouch.Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.

- Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product.

- Many stones such as amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite and tourmaline are very delicate and easily abraded. Enamel can also chip or scratch when struck.

These rings are absolutely divine. The photos really do not do them justice. They are so dainty and glittery. I am in love. They were completed very fast. She coached me on picking the correct size and it fits absolutely perfect. Shipping was slow but it was not the seller's fault as they got them in the mail pretty quickly. I can only assume customs or COVID shipping delays. But these were well worth the wait!
