Custom: I do offer custom. Please understand that custom orders are NEVER refundable or returnable. Make sure to clearly read what type of fabric you are ordering, how to wash it and the color shade. Please remember that a custom order (no matter the extent of the custom request: size, weight, fabric, etc..) may take up to an additional week of processing.

Personalization: We do personalize blankets. The option is under the 'Add Ons' section. Please make sure to read the description before purchasing. Personalized items are NEVER refundable/returnable. I DO NOT offer all caps, even if it is written that way by the customer. The 1st letter will the capitalized, the rest lower case (EXCEPT Monograms :)

These recommendation are for STOCK blankets ONLY. I can not give recommendations for anything custom, since I will not have done a test wash with those fabrics.

The medical community recommends 10% of your body weight for maximum effect. However, please remember that this is a complex and personal choice. There are MANY factors that can affect the final decision regarding weight. I can't and won't be held accountable for your final decision, it is 100% up to the customer. :) It truly is a buyers choice. Please have done your needed personal research on what weight will work best for you.

If you have multiple items on one order, they WILL take longer to make. You will receive an email with the adjusted processing time once the order comes through. There are times I forget to adjust the processing time (I am human after all ;) but this does not imply that the processing time isn't longer, just that manually changing the shipping date got past me :) Please understand that 'multiple items on one order' will ALSO apply to different orders, made on the same day, under the same account (even if going to different addresses)

With free shipping, I always opt for the cheaper means of shipping. Please don't request a specific carrier, it will not be honored, unless we have had a convo prior. PLEASE be aware that large blankets will ship FedEx Ground/Home 99% of the time. They often take 6-7 business days to get from point A to point B and don't deliver on the weekends. If you need a faster means of shipping, please reach out to me and I will happily quote you!! :)
Please note that FedEx and USPS are the ONLY means of shipping used. DO NOT leave a PO Box without prior conversation before ordering. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes and I will not upgrade to USPS with heavy large blankets.

I have many different sizes available. Make sure to note the numbers next to the weight, in parenthesis (i.e. 8 (36 x 44)) This is the estimated inches of the blanket. PLEASE remember that these are handmade items and that the dimensions are estimates, they may be up to one inch off in either direction. Makes sure, before you order, that you have the correct size blanket, in both weight and inches. If you don't see the size you need, reach out to me, I may be able to create exactly what you need...just ask :) :) This does NOT included custom orders..make sure to read the description under the custom listing for sizing details.

Although, I will ship to all...I don't do it without a shipping quote. Frequently, it is similar to international shipping cost, especially with the larger (58 x 80) and heavier (12 lbs and up) blankets. If I can fit it in a flat rate shipping box, there is no shipping upgrade. If I can't ship it flat rate, I may need to create a listing for a shipping upgrade. Reach and ask me: let me know the weight, size, particular blanket you are wanting, and the address it is shipping to...and I can quickly let you know if there is any difference in shipping. PLEASE don't assume the 'free shipping' includes these areas!! I DO NOT accept PO Boxes without a conversation prior to purchase.

Processing times are listed on each individual listing..this is an estimate. Please understand that this can later. I can't always predict the number of orders coming in :) If you are concerned, reach out and ask me, and I will do the best I can to answer as accurately as possible (this can, however, still change) Adding things to your order: multiple blankets, 4 x 4 squares, personalization, custom order, XL large blankets, etc.. WILL extend that time. Changing your order after you have ordered WILL also effect this time estimate :) I do my best to have it ship on time!! :) This can and WILL change during busy times of year. Federal Holidays and weekends are NOT included in the processing time.

The nature of the product requires me to be able to guarantee customers that the product comes from a smoke/pet/fragrance free environment. Once it leaves my home I can no longer promise that. Often the items are traveling to hospice units, hospitals, being utilized by therapist w/ patients, to homes of individuals that suffer with sensory issues, etc... Therefore, guaranteeing this is important. If you have a true issue with the production of the blanket, ALWAYS reach out to me and I will fix it :) Please note that I will remake the EXACT same item that was ordered, no changes will be allowed. You will have to cover the cost of shipping to return the item. If it arrives and I see that a mistake was made, I will refund you your shipping.

Coupons can ONLY be used when there is NO current sale in my shop. If I have created a custom listing for you, during a sale in my shop, you have received the current sale price. If you double up a coupon on the already given sale price, the order will be fully canceled and refunded.
