It is a shop of Etsy Mexico and Spain. It offers its products on its page entirely in Spanish, but the pattern is in English, which does not indicate anywhere. If the website is in Spanish, the products are offered in Spanish, should it be inferred that pdFs send them in Chinese, Russian or English? When claiming, you reply - (exclusively in English) - that once downloaded the PDF you cannot return the money or send it translated How to know the language in which you send it without downloading the pattern, since it does not say so in your advertising? This has never happened to me on Etsy, or buying in Ukraine or Greece. Your patterns seem to me to be a plagiarism of free videos from the Internet. His only value was that it was written in Spanish.
