Bought item on December 14 not realizing their shipping policy could be up to two weeks before order is processed and sent. The store was responsive when I reached out a few days after ordering when I noticed it had not been shipped yet. They did agree to send it out the next day, but it was too late at that point and it didn’t arrive until December 28th. If it had been shipped when it was ordered it probably would have made it in time. It was disappointing not to have it in time for Christmas, but my mom did live the necklace and that’s what’s most important.
