The frame I used in the photos is called floater frame, It's not included in your order, It's only for better displaying the artwork. If you like it, I believe it's easy to have it done the same way locally. There is extra 2-4 inches margin around the painting for framing use.

You will need to take it to framing store locally to get it done, If you have never done that before, that's simple, google it, it will appear a lot of choices, call them to consult and compare.

Generally, it's 5-7 days to get one painting done, but it doesn't mean it takes 10-14 days to finihsed 2 pieces, and so on... if you order 1-3 pieces, they will be all done and ready in around 10 days.

Yes, custom order is available, especial custom size to my paintings, please message me the specifict size for a quote.

If you want me to paint your image or design, please send it to me, let me see if it's possible for me to make it. For all custom orders, I will send you photos of the finished painting for approval, and will issue a full refund to you if you don't feel like it.

PayPal is the only payment method for the shop, but you don't need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, there is a option to pay with your credit card or debit card through PayPal, if you have problem to do that, please message me, will send you a photo instrction.

Return and exchange is acceptable, please contact me for details. Below show a blief instruction:

1. Please contact and ship it back within 30 days after delivery.

2. Buyer pays for shipping cost to return it, I will pay for the custom duties and tax when it's imported to my country.

3. Will ship the replacement or issue a full refund after the returned items received.

Very important! Paintings HAS TO be in good condition and should be shipped it back in its original tube, so, please do not throw the tube/packing away until you are satiesfied with your purchase.
