If you order option 2-6, calendar is beautifully framed and comes with our wonderful non-glare acrylic surface.

We include ALL needed hanging hardware to attach to each side of the back of the frame. Because the board is hung with hardware on each side, it won't move around as you write and erase on it, in contrast to boards hung with 1 nail in the middle. We include special "locators" to help you find the exact spot where the screws should go.

-In the Personalization box at checkout, write:

1) Design # of the design you want at the top

2) Enter your family name exactly how you want it

3) Year established. If you don't write the year, we will just take off those words (this only applies to certain designs)

4) If you want the words "NOTES" and "MENU" to be different, you must specify, otherwise, we will assume you don't want any changes. If you change the Menu box to a different heading, such as "Goals", we will take off the days of the week.

-We love the MULTI-COLOR CHALK INK MARKER SET with fine tip (included in options 4-6). If you want our extra-fine tip markers, indicate that in the Personalization Box.

MAGNET NUMBERS
-Our beautiful, high quality, fabulous glass number magnets will really stand out on your calendar (included if you order option 6). They have a strong neodymium magnet on the back. They are approximately 3/4" in diameter, which is about the size of a dime. Not for use with small children.

NOTE ABOUT MAGNETIC SURFACE: only very strong magnets will work on the magnetic calendars (option 5 or 6)

LOST PACKAGE?
While we can work with you to find a solution to lost packages, once our packages are marked "Delivered" they are considered fulfilled by our company and we are not responsible for any events after that.

RETURNS
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. If the item doesn’t require any personalization, we can accept returns, if the item is in brand new, unused condition, and still in original packaging. We will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DAMAGE
If your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 30 days of receipt.

-We can change the Title at the top, and we can change the font to a different font.
-We can change the headings of the side or bottom boxes, and take off the days of the week.
-We can start the week on Monday if needed.
-We can make one long notes section on the side instead of 2 boxes.
-INDICATE THESE CHANGES in the Personlaization box at checkout.

We cannot change the overall size of the board; the board must fit into one of these frame openings sizes: 8 X 10 (outside frame dimensions 10 X 12), 18 X 24 (outside frame dimensions 20 X 26), or 24 X 36 (outside frame dimensions 26 X 38). A few of our designs can be made into 16 X 20 (outside frame dimensions 18 x 22). Contact us for more info.

Yes, just indicate in the Personalization Box at checkout that you want to see a proof. Be sure to check your email! And also check your junk or spam box - sometimes messages from Etsy go there. If we send a proof and don't hear back from you, we will contact you a few days later, and if we still don't hear back, we will go ahead and ship.
