it came without the personalization I wanted so I sent it back and have yet to get the right one. The seller assured me that they got the return and would send the right one out asap.

Unfortunately after a few days of waiting for a response for personalization we send one with the standard Dia Loes Muertos. It wasnt until after the product was received that I finally got a response. The listing state to leave the name you want in the message to seller at checkout , withiut thta information we have to message people, and often dont get a response, as which was the case. We did allow the return and replaced it at our cost. I am unsure of why the low review when we did our very best on this order. PLEASE remember when ordering personalized items that you have to leave the information for us in the message to seller, or directly message us, or respond to our emails.
