Frequently asked questions

Shipment Packaging

I ship with the environment in mind! I package everything in recyclable materials and use compostable peanuts as filler. I highly encourage you to re-use the boxes, filler and wrap if you can. The filler can be dissolved in water if you don't have a need for it later.

Please note - the "Ready to Ship" time frame in the listing is the amount of time I take to get the product to the post office. Please allow additional time for the package to travel. After the item is shipped, please refer to the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation.

Wholesale availability

Most of my work is available for Wholesale. Please contact me for details.

Care instructions

For all functional work, I highly recommend hand washing your pieces. Harsh chemicals and temperatures will wear & tear the items over time. For the longest use please keep out of the microwave and hand wash.

Stilt Marks

For pieces that are glazed all the way around, I use stilts to keep the work off my shelves (that keeps them from sticking). If you notice 3 tiny marks on the bottoms of your pieces, that's from the stilts. It's all part of the handmade love.

Air Plants

I do not sell any air plants on my page - I just don't have the means to keep/maintain so many! You can find very reputable sellers within Etsy. Message me if you want a reco.

Air Plant care is super easy! An air plant care card is included with every shipment. I soak my air plants in a bath once a week for 20 minutes or so (completely submerge them). If I forget for awhile, sometimes I'll do it over night for 8 hours. Shake off the water and let them dry before putting them back in your holder. You can mist in between. Keep them around indirect light or fluorescent lighting.
