4 out of 5 starsI have absolutely nothing negative to say about the seller. The item itself felt cheap. The paper seems thin and crinkles weird. Its a lot of money and I wanted to love it. I just couldn't. I must add an edit: The seller read my review and tried to help me. I was sent a whole other planner. I am super appreciative of the effort considering how much I paid. It's just a design I don't love. Maybe if it had a spiral binding instead of the book binding and would stay open better. The seller was wonderful. I would use the shop again. This planner is beautiful just not for me. Thank you to the shop for truly trying. It shows so much character of who you are and care for the people shopping with you. I would buy other things from here just from that alone.
