So the item itself was really cool when assembled but in my excitement to put it together, I had completely fumbled the assembly. I reached out to the store, thinking there must be something wrong with the product, not realizing it was my own stupidity that had ruined the dice tower. Customer service got back to me very quickly and were more than ready to help, but by then I had realized it was a skill issue, not a dice tower issue. Live and learn I guess. Hopefully there will be another sale down the line so I can pick up this dice tower again. Definitely recommend though. The quality of the wood and assembly was exceptional.
