All items are made to order. Please check the processing times before your item is due to be dispatched.

UK BUYERS - All orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class signed for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - All orders will be sent via tracked delivery. Certain countries where full tracking is not available will be sent signed for.

All customers will receive a dispatch notification when your order is shipped which will include a tracking number.

Orders are posted out to the address provided on the order form. Please let me know asap if there is a mistake and I may be able to change address ONLY if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Your postman might not leave a card to say they have attempted delivery, so please keep an eye on the tracking on your receipt.

Items that come back to me due to being unclaimed will be charged any postage costs again to resend.

Any orders that come back to me and are unclaimed after 60 days are void.

All customs/duties are the buyers responsibility.

Please expect severe delays with shipping and receiving your items. The postal system is overwhelmed at the moment so all services are operating much slower than usual. I cannot guarantee you will receive your items for a certain date.
