Please be aware of shipping times etc. International Orders: TRACKING MUST BE SELECTED AT CHECK OUT AS TRACKED/SIGNED SHIPPING, IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRACK YOUR ITEM. STANDARD INTERNATIONAL DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING - THIS MUST BE ADDED AS AN EXTRA.
SHIPPING TIMES:
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - I am still shipping worldwide, please take not that Royal Mail have advised there may be some delays on postage. All orders will be posted as soon as possible, but for some countries this cannot guarantee a specific time delivery incase of delays. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TRACKING FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE PAY FOR "TRACKED/SIGNED AT CHECKOUT" I AM ALLOWING 7-15 WORKING DAYS CURRENTLY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Please be aware of possible delays due to the current situation in the world - hopefully everything should be delivered within the time, but just incase for international orders please do be aware of this.
UK: If ordered before 12pm I will send it the same working day and on average takes 2-3 working days to arrive, sent Royal Mail. Please be aware of Christmas etc for current orders.
EUROPE: If ordered before 12pm (UK TIME) will be sent the same working day and takes on average 7-14 working days, sent Royal Mail Standard International
REST OF THE WORLD: If ordered before 12pm (UK TIM) will be send the same working day and takes on average 7-16 working days, sent Royal Mail Standard international (But please allow for some possible delays with customs/covid/weather)
COVID: (POST TO THE US) USPS IS USUALLY WITHIN THE TIME, BUT DO SAY THERE COULD BE POSSIBLE DELAYS OUTSIDE OF THE 7-15 WORKING DAYS. I RECOMMEND PAYING FOR TRACKING IF THIS COULD BE A POTENTIAL ISSUE. AS DELAYS COULD MEAN 1-2 WEEKS DELAY, TRACKED USUALLY HELPS TO PREVENT THIS.

How long will my item take to arrive?
I AM CURRENTLY ALLOWING ON AVERAGE 7-16 WORKING DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (MONDAY-FRIDAY). All orders will be posted as soon as possible. If you live in the UK we send our orders the same/next working day (if not custom). For international orders, we send all orders the same/next working day via "Royal Mail Standard".
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, please allow for some delays that could possibly occur. (over the time limit/customs etc) I am getting everything posted on time OR before the scheduled dispatch date. If you paid for "STANDARD INTERNATIONAL", you will have proof of postage. "TRACKED AND SIGNED" will have tracking. Please be aware of this when ordering, and select tracking if desired.
Pre-Order
If you pre-order an item then as soon as it is available I will dispatch the order to you.

Gift wrapping and packaging
Please let me know if the item is a gift and I will not include the invoice. When gift packaging is selected, the item will be wrapped in a small brown box with a ribbon. This is only for the paid for gift wrapping. If you state it is a gift, it will be packed the same as normal orders, just without the invoice.
Tracking Orders
Orders to the UK all come with a tracking number, which will show when the order has been delivered, this can be confirmed using Royal Mail. International Orders - In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, orders are not automatically going to be sent using "tracked and signed". If you would like your order to be trackable, please pick this as an option when placing your order - it only costs a little more.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom/Personalised Orders. If you have a custom order you'd like to have created, please message me and I will help however I can with your requests. Please double check addresses etc, as I am unable to refund orders if they are sent to the incorrect address.
