For handwriting or drawing, please follow the steps below:
1. Take a clear photo with smart phone or scan your image to your computer (save the file as a png or jpeg). A clear, well lit, close up photograph of the handwriting is the best image to work with. Black writings on a plain white background works the best.

I will copy of what you write in the note. Please check your spelling before you submit since I will not change any spelling or grammar.

2. Send me the photo by attaching it via Etsy Conversation.

If you are using a monogram, here is some basic monogram etiquette:
First, Larger Last, Middle.
First, Middle, Last.

For Example:
Name - John Winston Lennon
Monogram – JWL , First, Middle, Last.
OR
Monogram – JLW , First, Larger Last, Middle.
Pease let me know which one is your first, middle and last name alphabet.

How long will it take to receive for USA address or other countries?
Please manage your order so you will receive before your importance date.

I have 3 options for shipping as below: Please choose from drop down when you check out.

1. Standard shipping ( Not registered means no tracking).
2. Standard shipping with tracking number( registered means signature required when receive). You might have to pick up at your post office if no one presents when delivery.
3. Express shipping (2-4 working days), Your phone number is mandatory.

It will be 2-4 working days(please provide your phone number, I need your phone number for express courier).

-STANDARD SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NUMBER: (8-15 Days from your order dates)
-Tracking number means signature required when receive. You might have to pick up or reschedule at your post office if no one presents when delivery.

For the month of November and December ( Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays), The shipping time will have to extend about 1-2 weeks due to USPS has to process a lot more package.

For other countries;

Canada: 2-4 business days (standard shipping). Pls provide your phone number.
United Kingdom: 7-16 business days
Europe: 7-20 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
Asia Pacific: 5-14 business days
