Unlike most custom printed shirt shops, we custom print and ship your order in just 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
On average, our US customers generally receive their orders within 2-3 business days after order shipment. Orders shipping to Canada take an average of 5-7 business days and orders shipping everywhere else arrive an average of 8-12 business days after order shipment. WHOA... THAT'S FAST! :)
Need your order expedited? We happily offer upgraded shipping if you're in a pinch. Just convo us with your full address, items wanted and date you need your order by. We'll give you a shipping quote and push your order out the door faster than a one-legged man in a butt-kicking competition. (Okay, we're actually a lot faster than that!)
*Please note that on rare occasion, some orders may be delayed an additional 1-2 days due to high volume orders during busy holiday seasons or special promotions. Although this is very rare, this may occur without notice. However, if you need your order shipped within 1-2 business days regardless, simply let us know and we'll try our very best to make that happen!
*All orders are processed in the order they are received. While most orders are pulled and processed on the same day they are received, if there is a delay we may not notify you of any out of stock issues until the day the order is processed. Special Note:
Designs shown are typical of printing onto a medium size shirt. The scale of the design will naturally change slightly with larger or smaller sizes. For instance, designs printed onto larger shirts will appear smaller and vice versa.
Pretreat:
All of our shirts are pretreated and shipped with a solution to allow the ink to adhere properly to the garment properly. This may leave a dark square around the printed area on some darker colored fabrics. This is only temporary and will come off with the first wash.
Returns and Exchanges:
With the exception of our holiday return policy, due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective due to printing errors. Every item is custom printed on demand as you order them. Please be sure to check size charts and measurements for the best fit. Should you need assistance please contact us prior to purchasing so that we can help you achieve that perfect fit. We are always happy (and quick!) to help answer any sizing and fit questions you may have.
Holiday Return Policy:
Gift purchases that are made from October 1st through December 29th may be exchanged between October 1st and January 15th. You MUST contact us prior to sending back your order for exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us and for the cost of shipping the new item to them. Customers may either pay us current shipping rates or send a prepaid self addressed envelope if preferred. Any order sent with the prepaid envelope is the responsibility of the customer. If a package becomes lost, damaged, or stolen it is the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide replacements or refunds on these orders. Items with holiday designs are excluded from this policy and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Intimate items such as panties are also excluded from our return policy.
Ink Color Changes:
Some inks do not show up well on certain colored fabrics (for example, a black shirt with navy ink). For this reason, during the printing process, we will choose a different ink color that better suits your shirt color choice so that you are satisfied with the end results.All orders are printed as shown in the color that is shown with the exception of:
Black shirts with dark ink will be changed to white ink.
Navy shirts with dark ink will be changed to white ink.
White shirts with white ink will be changed to black ink.
Plum shirts with dark ink will be changed to white ink.
Heather Black shirts with dark with will be changed to white ink.
Dark Heather Gray with dark ink will be changed to white ink.
If you would like to change the ink color on your order to suit your preference please convo us prior to ordering so that we may assist you. On rare occasion certain designs are only available in the color shown. Please plan your orders accordingly and have your orders arrive in enough time for you to wash and dry them for any event or occasion needed.
Shipping:
Any packages returned to us by USPS for an incomplete or incorrect address will be held until additional postage is paid for by the customer for reshipment of the order. No refunds will be given on returned packages.
Any packages that are marked as delivered by USPS or FedEx are considered delivered and cannot be the responsibility of Sanctuary Tees. Please contact your local post office for information on how to file a claim on the package. It is imperative that our wonderful customers track each package that is sent out and make sure they notify us immediately of any issues.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, if you purchase an express listing and we request via email for you to contact us back after the upgrade has been purchased but fail to let us know, we cannot be held responsible for not shipping your order in the manner promised. It is your responsibility to contact us directly after ordering your express shipping upgrade so that customer service is aware and can promptly inform the warehouse to ship on time with the upgrade purchased.
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we are unable to approve cancellation requests after orders are placed with us. Our production warehouse is running 24/7 which means your order is immediately pulled, printed and shipped directly to you without hesitation. Sometimes orders are printed within minutes of order placement to keep up with demand and to ensure that your order is printed, dried and shipped within our listed speedy turnaround time. We are that quick!!! Due to this service, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed due to the complimentary rush service we offer our customers.
