Cookies were actually only 3 inches, not 3.75 as described and many of them were broken.

According to tracking they were missorted by USPS,going to hubs in 2 states unnecessarily. Extra cookies were included in the order, and a refund was given although it is not my policy. Disclaimer: Cookies are fragile, so some breakage may occur even though I try my best to get them to you intact. Please understand that I cannot be responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier after your package has shipped. It is always a good idea to to order a few more than you need.
