This actually works!
I feel totally relaxed 10 minutes after spraying this, it really helps with ridding anxiety before bedtime, preventing shallow sleeping and helping you to wake up feeling relaxed and like you've had a wonderful sleep! Would recommend to anyone!

I have real trouble sleeping & ive been on the lookout for something that will help me relax & sleep I'd heard a lot of good things about this spray so I thought I'd give it a go, 1st of all it smells really nice & is not overpowering in any way which I was really happy about, I sprayed a couple of squirts on my pillow & my duvet & it really did help me relax & aid my sleep, ive used it every night now for a fortnight & it hasnt failed me yet. Anyone who suffers from sleeping problems or if you just want something to help you relax at night then I would recommend this spray.
