~ Select the size you would like for your print.
~ Purchase the listing.
~ Message me a picture of your house, apartment, building, etc. facing as straight on as possible.
~ I will send a proof to you so that you can make sure your portrait is exactly what you're looking for!
~ Provide your last name & color options for name and leaves on bottom in the notes to seller
~ Any specifics desired in the photo you particularly want in the illustration should be notified. (i.e. foliage, lawn ornaments, lawn itself, etc.)

~ Print is packed in a protective sleeve with a sturdy board to prevent bending.
~ A proof will be sent to you 1-2 weeks after your order is placed for you to approve. Once you are satisfied with how your illustration looks, I will print it out and send it to you in a bend-proof envelope.
