When will my item ship
We love to see you shopping with us and your patience is appreciated while we make your wreath especially for you! All items are handmade to order.
All items are shipped using either through FedEx ground deliveries or USPS and will be shipped within 4-5 weeks, once your order has shipped, please allow 2-9 business days for delivery depending on your location

Care instructions
Your wreath arrangement should be used indoors or outdoors in a protected location only.
This means that you should display it somewhere that it will be protected from the elements (under a covered porch) I suggest hanging your wreath where it will be protected from rain and direct sunlight.
Save your shipping box for storage! When your item is not in use, you can store boxed, in a climate controlled area.
You can clean your item, use a dry paint brush to clean off any areas which may require dusting.

If my package is lost / damage or delay in mail ?
If delivery confirmation says your item was delivered to you, yet you do not receive it I can assist you in filing a lost/stolen claim with the USPS however I can not be responsible for the lost /stolen / delayed package and I can NOT provide a refund. We are not responsible for any fees associated with package re-routing if you accidentally provide the incorrect address. Also the shipping cost is NO REFUNDABLE
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS

As a general rule, we do not run sales or discount our items. Comparison shop and you will see that our prices for handmade, items are very reasonable.
When will I receive my wreath?

Adding a monogram / sign to your wreath is an optional feature.
You can purchase a wreath with or without a monogram.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
Does my purchase come with a wreath hanger?
No, wreath hangers need to be purchased separately.

I will pack your order with care but understand that your package is out of my control once it leaves my shop for transit. Please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment, and damages. All packages came with $ 100 insurance. I will assist you with, but I will NOT refund the cost if is lost or damage due to transportation.
