All fondant items are made to order. We also dry our toppers fairly hard like royal icing decorations so that they are not affected by humidity as they are shipped and so that they do not get distorted during shipping. This does not affect them and they can still be eaten. All of our toppers come with compete directions on how to use and store them.

STORAGE:
Fondant decorations should be stored in an air-tight container and away from moisture. Do not place in the sun or in the refrigerator or freezer. They should be stored flat. They are fragile and should be handled as little as possible.

SHELF LIFE:
They are dried and hard like a royal icing decorations, this allows them to be stored for one year as long as they are stored properly. Depending on your environmental conditions they can last longer.

HOW TO ORDER:
Recommended lead time is 2 to 3 weeks. If you need them sooner you must convo me to see if I have time in the production schedule to do them. If there is less than 10 days till you need them you will need to purchase a Rush my order listing. You only need to do this once per order. SHIPPING:
They are shipped via Priority Shipping only. I do not like these sitting around where they could be subjected to conditions that could harm them for an extended period of time. Each topper will be wrapped in bubble wrap and put into either a clear plastic tube or box and then put into a shipping box. Extremely fragile toppers will be place on a food safe piece of cardboard before it is wrapped in bubble wrap. This is a little costly, but you do get your toppers in one piece – a minimum of 5.60 of all shipping charges is for packaging materials. We also include a few extra (number is at our discretion) in case damage does occur.
